What is the Sesame Street Christmas Quest?

Join the magical Elmo Jolly Quest—a 3.4km adventure from HarbourFront Centre to the enchanting Mount Faber!

Follow your digital map, collect gifts along the way 🎁, and get a chance to win in our lucky draw! 🎉

Kids without phones get a special paper map 📜 (but sorry, no lucky draw for them).

What is Abby's Christmas Prelude Quest (a free in-mall treasure hunt)?

This is a delightful free event from 16-30 November at HarbourFront Centre!

Don’t miss our special kickoff on 16 November, 1 PM - 5 PM, where extra-special rewards await! 🎁

How do I register?

You can register online through our event website. Be an early bird 🐦 to secure your spot and grab exclusive event goodies!

Can my children join this event?

The route for this event involves stairs and hiking trails, which may not be suitable for strollers. For younger children, participation depends on their physical activity level. We recommend guardians assess whether the event route is appropriate for their child before purchasing a ticket.

What do I receive upon registration?

For the Elmo Jolly Quest, you’ll get a Quest Fun Pack.

(Note: There’s no pack for Abby's Christmas Prelude Quest.)

How long is the experience?

The walk/run lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours 🕒, with plenty of time to enjoy the race village activities and games! 🎮 It’s going to be a blast!

What should I wear?

Come dressed as your favorite Sesame Street character or in festive holiday outfits! 🎄 There’ll be prizes for the most fabulous costumes! 👗✨

Are there any age restrictions?

Nope! This event is for everyone—young and old. 👶👵 Just make sure little ones under 12 are with an adult.

I cannot join last minute. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds 😢, but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else if you can’t make it. 🤗

What should I bring to the event?

Don’t forget your water bottle 💧—refill stations will be along the route. Also, pack an umbrella ☂️ and some sunblock for your comfort and protection! 🌞

How can I collect my Fun Pack? Can I ask my friends to collect it for me?

Fun Pack collection is from 07-08 Dec 2024, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM at HarbourFront Centre. 🎁 Yes, your friends can pick it up for you—just make sure they have the authorization form ready! 📝

Does this event have a bag deposit service on the event day?

Sorry, no bag deposit service is available, so pack light! 🎒

What happens in case of bad weather?

The event will go on in light rain 🌧️ or drizzle. For heavy rain or lightning ⚡, we may delay the start by up to two hours for everyone’s safety.
